Andrea is a Cumbrian with a lifelong interest in other cultures and people. This has resulted in a career working to understand what makes people tick and how to motivate and support behaviour change.
She is a global strategy leader who has led and been part of teams that have designed and executed strategic transformation programmes for business units, companies and brands. With over 30 years in the industry, Andrea has worked across a range of sectors, typically when they have been going through change. She has consistently delivered results across borders, between cultures and within ever tighter timelines.
An MSc in Organisational Behaviour prompted a switch of focus from brand strategy to corporate strategy and now to civil society. Active in the women’s equality movement, Andrea is a passionate believer that equality and inclusion is better for all. She uses dialogue, specifically including the user experience, and evidence-based decision making, jointly owned by all stakeholders to create movements for change.
