Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return for products purchased through our shop if they meet the following criteria:
The product was purchased directly from our website: Learn and Thrive.
The return request is made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
The item is unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
The product is in its original packaging.
How to Request a Return

Product details
Reason for return
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, please email us at contact@learnandthrive.org.uk.
