10 sessions worth of teaching to be used at home, in school, and in support groups. Made for use with individuals with Down’s syndrome, autism/ASD, learning difficulties, and SEN. Utilising beneficial tools such as emotional Zones of Regulation to colour code emotions and Widgit symbols to aid communication for learners.

Built around the RSE curriculum

Using the primary RSE curriculum as our framework, we’ve built the content to hit key objectives and provide additional learning support that we know our community needs. Teaching on:

  • 8 different emotions; basic and complex

  • What emotions may look and feel like, including introspection

  • How certain situations may make individuals feel

  • Emotional changes are okay, and providing strategies for emotional regulation
